Who we are
KYRX Information Technology Consultants LLC (“KYRX”, “we”, “us”) runs the website at kyrx.ai and is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We are a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (licence no. 1648713), with our registered office at Office 43-44, Owned by Dubai Municipality, Al Fahidi, Bur Dubai.

What this policy covers
This policy covers kyrx.ai: the pages, forms, cookies and tracking on it. It applies to visitors, people who request a demo or contact us, and anyone who subscribes to our updates.
It does not cover the KYRX platform. Data in KYRX accounts, and the personal data our customers screen through the platform, are governed by the agreement between KYRX and each customer, not by this policy.
Data we collect
What you give us. When you request a demo, contact us or subscribe to updates, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, phone number, company, role, and anything you write in the message field.
What we collect automatically. When you use the site, we collect your IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you view, the site or ad that brought you here, and how you interact with pages (clicks, scrolling, form use). We collect this through cookies and similar tools, described under Cookies and tracking below.
What we receive from others. If you reach us through an ad on Google, LinkedIn or Meta, that platform may tell us which campaign brought you. Before a demo, we may add details about your company from public sources such as its website or LinkedIn page.
Why we use your data
We use your data for the purposes below, on a basis the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, the “PDPL”) allows.

We do not use your data for anything else without telling you first, and asking for your consent where the PDPL requires it.
Transfers outside the UAE
Some of our providers store or access data outside the UAE, including in the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States. The site itself is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (European Union).
When we transfer your data outside the UAE, we do it in a way the PDPL allows: to a country the UAE Data Office recognises as offering adequate protection, under contractual safeguards that require the recipient to protect your data to a comparable standard, with your consent, or where the transfer is necessary to carry out a contract with you.
How long we keep data

We keep data longer only where the law requires it or a legal claim makes it necessary. When a period ends, we delete the data or anonymise it.
How we protect data
The site runs over HTTPS. Access to the systems that hold your data is limited to the people who need it, and we use providers with recognised security certifications.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data in a way that is likely to harm you, we will tell you and the UAE Data Office, as the PDPL requires.
Your rights
Under the PDPL, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct it if it is wrong or incomplete;
- delete it, or stop or restrict how we use it;
- give it to you in a machine-readable format, where we process it with your consent or under a contract;
- stop using it for direct marketing;
- not make decisions about you based only on automated processing. We do not do this on the website.
You can withdraw consent at any time: by blocking cookies in your browser, using the unsubscribe link, or emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did while it was in place.
To use any of these rights, email privacy@kyrx.ai. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We aim to respond within 30 days and will tell you if a request needs longer.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the UAE Data Office, or to the authority acting on its behalf.
Children, other sites and changes
kyrx.ai is a business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
The site links to other sites, such as LinkedIn and our partners’ pages. Their privacy policies apply there, not this one.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site.
